Ag Zero+ and Sustainable Farming Trials
We have been proudly working alongside UKCEH and Fen Group to convert a piece of our land to conduct the AgZero+ Paludiculture research program. In 2025 we successfully grew the UK's first rice crop, gaining national and international attention. We now look to expand and apply our research to new crops in a commercial operation.

Biodiversity Net Gain Habitat Bank
We started habitat creation in 2023 by digging ponds, sowing species-rich grassland and planting hedgerows. The land took on a whole new lease of life, humming with birds, insects, bats and mammals. Inspired by what we achieved, we have added a Traditional Orchard with local heritage varieties and plans for community involvement.
